Loyal Blog Followers....if there still are any:
Due to a combination of several factors I have had to discontinue my work on the blog. I've had some nagging health issues (I am two weeks shy of turning 81.) and, like many Americans, I've been so overwhelmed by the election of Donald Trumpft to the Presidency of the U.S. that I've had a hard time focusing on anything else. Seriously, what the hell have we done? We'll be lucky if we get out of this without a nuclear war with Kim Jong Un and North Korea vs Donald Trumpth and us.
I'm aware that some of you may be supporters of the Orange Man, and that's okay so long as we still live in a democracy and can pretty much do as we please. (Let's hope the Orange Man and some of his more hardline supporters don't engineer a coup, and arrest the rest of us.)
Actually, the Trumpth presidency has provided some excellent fodder for the blog because it is soooo surrealistic. The President's love affair with Twitter is itself almost unbelievable. What is the PRESIDENT of the U.S. doing ranting on Twitter at 4 AM? He is so thin skinned that he goes of half-cocked over anything said about him that might be perceived as a negative.
Additionally, he put's his ignorance on display for the world to see because he doesn't know correct English. He frequently sounds like a 12-14 year-old and is so poorly informed about public policy and international affairs as to be an embarassment to the U.S.
I'm going to end this now because I don't want to change Bizarre Stuff into a political blog. There are too many of these out there already.
Would all of you who are still followers of Bizarre Stuff please reply with a yes, so I can ascertain how many blog readers we still have.
Thanks and Happy Halloween!

Flight Attendant Reacts To Plane Farter
July 30, 2016
The struggle is very real.
Seriously. Planes have been grounded over flatulence.
And, apparently, we do fart more on a flight. According to University of Copenhagen clinical professor Jacob Rosenberg, it’s simple physics.
The average person breaks wind 10 times a day when on the ground. In the air, this is exacerbated by the drop in pressure in the air cabin.
Also, it doesn’t help matters that everyone’s cooped up in a small space.
So, spare a thought for one disgruntled passenger, for whom the flatulence in rows 10 to 12 became so bad, she was forced to pass this note, written on a napkin, to her flight attendant.

Sex Toy Town
Proud to Live in a Town Called Dildo

An
hour’s drive from the town of Cum By Chance, past Spread Eagle Island,
there is a large green traffic sign that often functions as its very
own destination: “Dildo,” the sign proclaims, with an arrow pointing
straight ahead.
The
idyllic fishing village of Dildo, Newfoundland, is home to about 1,200
people, most of whom refer to themselves quite proudly as Dildoians.
Where did the town get its name? The locals, eager to dispel misguided
notions about sex toys, offer a variety of theories — a 16th-century
Spanish sailor, maybe, or an archaic term for an oblong piece of
nautical gear.
The
fishing and whaling industries have defined Dildo society for
centuries, and the town celebrates them with an annual waterfront
festival known as Dildo Days (July 27-31 this year). A flotilla of boats
circles the bay, led by a wooden statue of a certain Capt. Dildo in a
rain slicker painted bright yellow. Souvenir-hunting visitors can
purchase commemorative apparel, but be forewarned: The “I Survived Dildo
Days” T-shirts sell out fast.
A
few Dildoians have had second thoughts over the years. A local
electrician even started a public campaign in 1990 to have the town
rechristened. But he was forced to drop the effort after a wave of
harassment from residents who were offended by anyone’s taking offense
at the name.
Still,
Dildoians can count themselves lucky. At least they do not live just a
bit farther up the Newfoundland coast — on Ass Rock.

Runner Shits Shorts

Undisclosed location
A man, running in a competitive race, lost control of his bowels and began shitting his shorts as he ran on. Seemingly indifferent to his malady he passed in front of a crowd of people who were stunned by the sight. It is not known if the man completed the race and if so, if he won.

Alligator Maniac
February 8, 2015
Gator's not on the menu at Wendy's but it did show up inside at least one location recently. Last October a Florida man with a vendetta threw a three-and-a-half foot long alligator through the drive-thru window of a Wendy's restaurant just east of Palm Beach. Yesterday, 23-year-old Joshua James was arrested at his home for the incident, which was documented by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. According to police records, he was changed with second degree petty theft (of the reptile, which he had picked up off the side of the road earlier that day), possession and injury of an alligator, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. He's being held on a $3,000 bond.

SUCKED INTO JET ENGINE
12/17/15
An engineer at Mumbai airport died after being sucked into the engine of an Air India plane, the company said.
The
deadly incident happened late Wednesday as the Airbus A319 was being
towed backward from the parking bay in preparation for taxiing out, said
Anil Mehta, an Air India official.
The
engineer, Ravi Subramanian, was standing near the landing gear under
the plane's nose as he supervised the process, Mehta told CNN.
Passengers had boarded the aircraft for a flight to the city of Hyderabad. It wasn't clear if any of them saw what happened.
Air
India officials declined to give any further details, saying the
country's civil aviation regulator is investigating the engineer's
death.

Attempted Red Beer Murder
HAMILTON – A Hamilton man who shot his neighbor and killed his dog over a disagreement on the ingredients of “red beer” will spend the next 20 years in prison.
Monte Leon Hanson, 60, was sentenced Thursday on a charge of attempted deliberate homicide and a misdemeanor count of animal cruelty. Hanson had pleaded guilty to the charges as part of an agreement that included the 20-year prison term.
On Thursday, Ravalli County District Judge James Haynes tacked on an extra 10 years suspended after noting Hanson’s apparent lack of remorse, documented by the fact that he told another inmate he would do it again if given the chance.
The judge ordered that Hanson not be considered for parole unless the parole board can be certain that he’s not a danger to the public and that he is fully compliant with mental health recommendations, said Deputy Ravalli County Attorney Angela Wetzsteon.
“That was my concern, too,” Wetzsteon said. “He wouldn’t disclose his mental health information to us. Without that, we can’t be sure that he’s not a danger to the community. Until we know that for certain, I don’t think he should be paroled at all.”
Hanson was arrested in May not far from the Hamilton apartment building where he shot his 29-year-old neighbor, Joe Lewis.
Court records said Lewis was working as a bartender at the Rainbow Bar on the night of May 9 when Hanson came in and ordered a “red beer” about 10 p.m.
No long after that, Hanson became angry when he discovered that Lewis had used Clamato instead of tomato juice to make his drink. Hanson said it was against his religion, Judaism, to drink Clamato.
Four hours later, Lewis arrived home. He went inside his apartment and picked up his dog, Jackson, to carry it outside. The dog recently had a toe removed and couldn’t get around very well.
Lewis was still holding his dog when Hanson started shooting.

2,186 Sheep Smell-up airplane
Well, this is one for the record books: flatulent sheep forced a cargo plane to make an emergency landing this week.
A Singapore Airlines Boeing 747-400 freighter plane traveling from Sydney to Kuala Lumpur had 2,186 sheep on board, and the combined stench of their “exhaust fumes” and manure set off the smoke alarm.
The crew, thinking the alarm was due to, you know, fire, quickly diverted to Bali and made an emergency landing. Of course, when emergency services boarded, they didn’t find any fire or smoke — but they did find the natural emissions of 2,000 sheep. Two and a half hours later, the herd and the crew were on their way again.
This isn’t the first time animals have wreaked their own special brand of havoc on a Singapore Airlines plane. In August, another aircraft was carrying a flock of storks from Istanbul to Singapore, and soon after takeoff, the birds pecked a hole in the nose of the plane.
In the case of the sheep, the hoofers didn’t cause any damage. Apparently though, bloat and flatulence are common occurrences when animals like cattle, sheep, and sheep are under stress.
Now we’ve heard everything. Thank goodness we didn’t have to smell it.

WHITEHALL, Mich. (AP) — A 61-year-old western Michigan man has been
injured after his girlfriend slugged and poked him with a mounted
sailfish during an argument.
WOOD-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1PeiiY7 ) that the man was sketching the fish early Sunday morning in his Whitehall home, northwest of Grand Rapids.
Police say his 58-year-old girlfriend became angry and moved the fish which fell and broke. She blamed the man for the damage and hit him on the head with the fish. His hand also was cut by the sailfish's sword-like bill.
The couple had been drinking and no arrests were made. Police say Muskegon County prosecutors will review the case.
Not the actual mounted sailfish; live sailfish substitution.

British Manure Remover Sentenced for Sexually Abusing Horse
10- 28 -2015
A married father-of-three has been jailed for 14 months after he admitted sexually assaulting a horse.
Alan Blackman, was arrested after the animal was found injured at stables in Norfolk, in August.Following the discovery of the horse, Norfolk Police circulated several CCTV images of a man arriving at the stables in Redenhall.
The 31-year-old removals man had protested his innocence after seeing the appeal.
But he later admitted the attack, which police said lasted more than an hour, as well as trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence.
The horse was treated for internal injuries and police said it would need further surgery.
'Horrifying crime'
Blackman's wife, Sarah, 25, sat in the public gallery as Norwich Crown Court heard he had filmed himself abusing the horse.Judge Katharine Moore told him: "You recorded this possibly because it was something you yourself might watch again or because it was something you might want others to watch.
"Unfortunately as a result of your actions, the horse sustained injuries."
Blackman said he was high on cocaine and amphetamines and could not remember the attack. He had also consumed large amounts of alcohol.
CCTV footage showed him fetching containers to stand on in an attempt to have full sex with the animal.
Speaking after sentencing, Det Sgt Alison Clabon said: "This was a shocking attack, which was not only distressing for the horse, but for the owners too.
"Blackman targeted a defenceless animal causing serious injuries, which is particularly harrowing. No-one or no animal deserves to endure this kind of attack.
"Crimes such as this are very rare and today's sentencing will hopefully send out a strong message that this sort of criminality will not be tolerated and the justice system will come down hard on those who feel they can get away with such a horrifying crime."

Graywolf Temporarily Sidelined
To all my loyal followers on Bizarre Stuff, I have not posted for some while because I had a probable malignant tumor in my bladder. Fortunately, it was successfully removed by surgery and all appears to be well.
Thank you for your kind thoughts, if you had any. And, I got to keep the vagina gun.

Who Needs a Holster? Just Use Ashley's Vagina.
WACO, Texas – Officers searching a woman after a traffic stop found a fully-loaded pistol in her vagina, Waco police said.
Just before 11 p.m. Monday, officers stopped a 1998 Toyota Land Rover at 15th and Blair in north Waco for a traffic violation. During the stop, officers discovered the driver of the vehicle, Gabriel Garcia, 30, who
allegedly had 2.7 grams of methamphetamine under his driver's seat. A
further search of the car allegedly uncovered another 29.5 grams of meth
and weighing scales in the purse of the female passenger, Ashley
Cecilia Castaneda, 31.
Because the traffic stop occurred within 1,000 feet of an elementary school, both Garcia and Castaneda were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine in a drug-free zone, Waco police Sgt. Patrick Swanton said.
While Castaneda was being transported to jail, she told an officer she had concealed a handgun in her vagina. Officers immediately stopped and a female officer searched the suspect, finding a loaded Smith and Wesson .22-caliber pistol with a round chambered in her vagina.
The weapon was taken into evidence and Castaneda was also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon.

WYOMING MAN FOUND WITH 30 EYEBALLS IN HIS ANAL CAVITY
- CASPER, Wyo. –
Police made a routine traffic stop early Thursday morning and got more than they bargained for when Roy Tilbott, 51, stepped out of his El Camino for a field sobriety test and Casper police noticed several eyeballs slide from his right pant leg onto the road.
Feeling they could have a potential murderer on their hands, police quickly drew guns and cuffed Tilbott.
Tilbott assured police the eyeballs were not human, but instead cow eyeballs he had pilfered from Johnson Meats (a slaughterhouse) where Tilbott is employed as a butcher.
Above: Bovine eyeball from Tilbott’s rectum. A total of 30 were found. Image Source: Casper Police Department
“Company won’t let us take animal scraps home and instead toss them in the landfill,” Tilbott said in the police report. “They’re a very wasteful company. We should be allowed to take scrap meat and other parts home. The company should start a green initiative. They don’t even have recycling at the plant.”
Tilbott explained his actions: “I enjoy eating bovine eyeballs and smuggling them out in my colon was the only way I knew how to get them out without potentially getting caught and fired.”
Tilbott told police he estimates he has smuggled several thousand eyeballs from the plant over the past few months.
“I put them in soups,” Tilbott said in the police report. “They’re beneficial for erectile dysfunction, which I currently battle, but I also just like the texture and taste.”
Tilbott was arrested for driving under the influence, his BAC two times higher than the legal limit, plus he was in possession of several large carving knives possibly stolen from the meat packing plant, but Tilbott has not been charged with theft as police need to further investigate to determine who the knives belong to.
Police are also unsure whether to charge Tilbott with theft for the bovine eyeballs. They are waiting to talk with Tilbott’s employer first.
