Cool Boobs For Hot Women

A JAPANESE underwear company has launched a bra with built-in ice packs to keep women cool this summer.

The bra, unveiled yesterday, also comes with a wind chime and a sprig of mint.

In a nearly-naked publicity stunt, underwear firm Triumph Japan had models parading around showing off its "Super Cool Bra", featuring what appears to be a pair of small fish tanks encompassing the breasts.

These cups are filled with a gel that remains soft and supple even when frozen, giving the wearer "a cool sensation against her skin", the company said in a statement.

A traditional Japanese wind chime - and a mint leaf - dangle between the cups giving an impression of cooling "by way of its refreshing fragrance and sound".

The company, which has a long tradition of novelty launches that are never made available for public sale, said it conceived of the bra in response to a need to save energy during the hot summer.


With no working nuclear reactors amid heightened public mistrust over atomic power in post-Fukushima Japan, the country has once again begun its "Cool Biz" campaign, urging people to dress down for work and avoid the need to crank up the air-con.

Ind. man arrested with 4 kids strapped to car hood

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP) — An Indiana man accused of driving three blocks with four children strapped to the hood of his car was being held in jail Tuesday on charges of drunken driving and neglect, police said.

Fort Wayne police said the mother of three of those children also was being held on neglect charges. The other child belonged to the man. None of the children — aged 4, 5, 6 and 7 — was injured, police spokeswoman Raquel Foster said.

A witness called police Monday evening after seeing a man and woman using a tow strap to tie the children to the car in a liquor store parking lot and then drive away, Foster said.

"Apparently they were traveling a short distance, and he believed they would enjoy it," Foster said.

She said a U.S. marshal overheard the police radio traffic, spotted the car and pulled it over.

Foster said she had no information about the children's reaction to the ride.

The man had a blood alcohol content of .17, more than twice Indiana's legal limit for driving, Foster said. Police said the woman also appeared to be intoxicated. The man and woman's relationship was unclear.

Bond was set at $13,000 for the man, while the woman has a $2,500 bond. The Associated Press is withholding their names to protect the identities of the children.

An officer at the Allen County Jail said he didn't know if they had attorneys.

Persons not authorized to speak said they didn't yet know if the pair had brains, pending a medical exam.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — For the second time in a year, a motorist has been ticketed in South Carolina for displaying a replica of testicles on a vehicle.

A Spartanburg County sheriff's deputy stopped a truck Sunday evening after noticing the "anatomically correct" display on the rear bumper. The incident report says the testicles first were handcuffed and then the driver removed the display after being stopped but he was arrested for driving without a license. He was also given a warning ticket for having an obscene display.

Last July, a Berkeley County woman was ticketed for having a similar display on the back of her truck.

That case is to go to trial in municipal court in the town of Bonneau. That trial has been delayed three times and no new trial date has been set.

Police: Phoenix woman faked cancer to get breast implants

PHOENIX  — A Phoenix woman was charged with fraud and theft after authorities say she told people she had breast cancer and needed treatment so she could get money from them to buy breast implants.

Police reports filed in Maricopa County Superior Court say 27-year-old Jami Lynn Toler told her former boss she needed a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction and was uninsured. She also told the tale to her mother and grandparents.

Toler helped organize fundraisers and collected more than $8,000 beginning in September, according to the report. Medical records obtained by Mesa police show she didn't have cancer and paid a plastic surgeon with the cash.

"The donors were just well-intentioned people standing by in support of an individual who needed it," Carmen Klemis, who runs the hospice where Toler used to work, told KTVK-TV.

Toler's story started to unravel when her new breast implants were revealed and were misplaced to her back and lacked nipples. (see photo) She also turned down an offer from a doctor to treat her breast cancer for free and Klemis turned her in, Mesa police Sgt. Anthony Landato said.

Toler's friends said she was very displeased with her implants and was considering suing the doctor she met in a homeless shelter.

Tenn. police arrest man for paying with real $50

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee police are apologizing after arresting a man for using a $50 bill they thought was fake but that turned out to be real.

Police in Shelbyville thought the bill was counterfeit after a convenience store clerk called them. The clerk said a marker used to detect false money didn't show the bill was real.

The Shelbyville Times-Gazette (http://bit.ly/JL6mJx) reported Officer Brock Horner arrested Lorenzo Gaspar on Friday.

But a police evidence technician told the arresting officer that some old bills don't react to the markers. So police gave the money to two banks to check, and they said it was real but just very old.

Gaspar was released from jail and police apologized to him.  It being a small town Gaspar didn't tell the police what he thought about them and the store clerk.  To reporters it sounded like: #%&@&?.

Dead Woman-Man? Left Behind

Indianapolis police say construction workers renovating a former funeral home found a body that had been left behind in a casket, The Indianapolis Star reports.

The workers told police Tuesday that they found the casket inside the vacant building that was undergoing renovation for a new tenant.


The Star says the Marion County coroner's office is trying to determine the identity of the deceased.
WISH-TV notes that a former funeral home director found guilty of forgery had operated in the same area before losing his license in 2008, but it was not immediately clear if there is a connection to the misplaced body.

The accompanying photos may not be of the real remains found in the casket but reasonable facsimiles thereof.

Mom Does 16 Year-Old Son In Hotel Room

Cops - Nice, Calif. woman faces incest charges after she had sex with her 16-year-old biological son.
Police said they found Mistie Atkinson with the boy in a hotel room in March as they were serving a warrant, the Napa Valley Register reported.

Atkinson pleaded not guilty on March 9 to incest and oral copulation of a minor among other charges.

Napa police said that videos captured on the boy's phone show Atkinson performing oral sex and having sexual intercourse with her son in February. She's also accused of sending sexually explicit images to the boy electronically.

"Atkinson and the victim are aware they are biological mother and son," cops said in a release.
The boy's father, who has sole custody, obtained a restraining order against Atkinson, The Weekly Vice reported.

Atkinson is being held on $200,000 bail until her next hearing on May 10.
