Officers fired when abuse video surfaces (02:24)

Two officers from the Jasper, Texas Police Department have been fired after video shows them brutally handling a woman.  The woman was shoved, held by her hair while her head was slammed onto a counter top, and body slammed to the floor before being dragged by her legs to a cell.

Jasper is the same Texas town where a black man was dragged to his death behind a pickup truck about 15 years ago.  Jasper's residents are slow learners.
