A MAN with 132 pound TESTICLES is happy and unhappy after their removal - as the operation left him with a tiny penis. The man's scrotum was so large he couldn't sit down. After surgery to remove the offending testicles, he was left with a one inch penis, effectively ending his sex life. Critics counter that he had no sex life with 132 pound balls either.
