Living Up To A Name

Tennessee Man Named Raper Indicted On  Child Rape Charges

A Tennessee man named Raper has been charged with three counts of child rape.
John Allan Raper, 19, was arrested last week after being named in an indictment accusing him of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13.

Raper, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, was booked into the Hamilton County jail on the felony charges. He was later released after posting $10,000 bond.

Raper is scheduled for a September 27 arraignment in Hamilton County Criminal Court, where he is expected to plead enticement by the child victim, who allegedly wore too tight clothing, causing Raper to lose control.  Raper will also request a name change prior to any trial.  Raper is acting as his own attorney.
