Man arrested for landscaping with cannabis
"Yard of the Month" Attempt is No Defense

ST. CLOUD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Agents with the Osceola County Investigative Bureau in Osceola County, Florida responded to a residence in St. Cloud in reference to suspected marijuana plants growing in front of the house.
Upon arrival, agents observed the plants growing in planters in front of the residence. These plants could easily be seen from the roadway with an unobstructed view of the residence, according to the agents who obtained permission from the homeowner, Bryan Hartman, to search the property.
They discovered 17 plants ranging from 2 feet tall to 7 feet tall. Hartman was arrested and charged with Cultivation of Cannabis. Hartman, 45, was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
