Cops: Teenager with dump truck wreaks havoc on the police forces of 4 counties and Ohio state troopers
A 17 year-old Ohio teenager, no doubt with the assistance of some potent hallucinogens, took dozens of police cruisers on a 52 mile chase at speeds up to 74 mph, with the apparent intent of wrecking as many police cars as possible. He was accompanied by two other youth, who have not yet been charged. One brain addled officer is seen in the video taking his K-9 Corp cop out of his cruiser to assist in the chase, of a dump truck?
