Possible Murder In Gun Sex Play Slaying
Cops: Man, 23, may have murdered wife, 50
A 23 year-old Oklahoma man called police to report that his wife was dead of a gunshot to the head. He was jailed a week ago on suspicion of first-degree murder but has not been charged formally in what he describes as an accidental shooting during a sex play game.
Arthur S. says he often held a gun to his wife's head when they were in bed together, as part of a sexual ritual, but didn't realize the weapon was loaded when he pulled the handgun's slide back as they were in the middle of sexual intercourse on Dec. 21.
Arthur's wife, Rebecca, 50, was found lying in the street in front of her home with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Police became suspicious when Sedille was unable to explain how her body had gotten from the bed to the street and her partially clothed body was covered in blood.
A County judge has ruled that there is probable cause to hold Sedille while authorities continue to investigate the case. CNN reported that Gary Knight of the Oklahoma City police said authorities opted to arrest Sedille on suspicion of first-degree murder out of an overabundance of caution. Duh?
